Design and construction of the territory of Krichim Municipality of a composting plant for separately collected green and / or biodegradable waste generated by the municipality of Krichim and the municipality of Perushtitsa, including provision of the necessary equipment and equipment and equipment for separate collection of green and biodegradable waste "

To fulfill the objectives under Art. 31, par 1, p 2 of the WMA, the Municipalities ofKrichim and Perushtitsa in partnership is constructing a green / garden and wood waste composting instalation, located in the Suh Dil area, city Krichim, in which the green waste generated by the population and the public parks on the territory of the two municipalities is being processed in order to produce a high-quality "compost" product. The instalation is designed with a capacity of 2 300 t/y. For the functioning of the installation is envisaged the construction of an accompanying infrastructure - a road link that will provide the entrance to the composting instalation to the municipal road PAZ 1041/III-375/, Biaga-Isperihovo-Kozarsko-Krichim /III -866 / is 14.42 m long and external power supply is 360.23 m long. It is envisaged the construction of an open composting installation in covered lines with chutes and forced aeration with the following distinct zones: control zone (entrance zone), storage area of the input material, crushing and homogenization zone, composting zone, area for cribbling of the product after the intensive phase, the area for completion, storage area of the finished product "compost", storage area of the machines and equipment and administrative building. Under the project proposal, mobile equipment will be purchased according to the attached list (described by type and quantity), including truck for the separate collection of green waste each of 16 m3, serving only the installation, in order to create a guarantee for the cleanliness of the green waste in the entrance of the instalation. Green waste will be collected separately, on schedule. Green waste will be collected separately at the source of its formation, the households will leavie it to the side of the so-called a "gray bucket" for collecting mixed waste and green waste from public areas will be accumulated at one end of the treated area from which it will be collected and transported.
