Second combined procedure for design and construction of composting installations and pre-treatment faciliities installations for municipal weste "under Axis 2 of OPE 2014-2020 of RAWM - Assenovgrad Region"

The project envisages the construction of a composting waste pre-treatment plant. The construction and commissioning of installations as well as the provision of separate collection of municipal waste will contribute to the achievement of CC1 of the PO2 "Waste". The capacity of the composting plant for the separated green and other biodegradable waste is based on the morphological analyzes performed by the municipalities of the RWSC.The morphological analyzes were carried out according to the Methodology approved by Order MD-744/2012 of MOEW.The estimated capacity of the plant is set at 12,000 t/y. In the preliminary investment project a composting technique with automatic control is recommended, suitable for the proper running of the compost process, and the used machines have low operating and operating costs and simplified service. The composting installation uses an automated displacement and shaking system. The work value is set by an inventor. Aeration is provided to the system. The installation includes the following elements: receiving pump, pre-treatment and screening, pre-and composting systems, air purification and bio-treatment plants The estimated capacity of the installation is 22,500 t / y of mixed municipal waste. Two Pre-Treatment Modules: 1. Separating Plant and Plant for Stabilization of Substrate Bio-Fraction. The resulting output matrix is organic fractions that will be transmitted for subsequent recovery.
