Implementation of a demonstration project for separate collection of household waste on the territory of Blagoevgrad

The project proposal envisages the purchase and installation of mobile municipal waste collection centers. The mobile nature of separate waste collection centers allows their location at different locations in residential complexes. This ensures accessibility for the population as well as facilitates citizens to transfer household waste that can be recycled and reused. As a result of the implementation of the demonstration project, one of the operational goals of the The waste management program in Blagoevgrad municipality will be achieved, by increasing the total volume of separate municipal waste collection vessels, will provide citizens with new opportunities for separate collection of municipal waste from packaging.
