Closure and recultivation of an existing municipal landfill on the territory of Pleven municipality

The project proposal is aimed at implementation of measures for closure and recultivation of municipal landfill in Pleven, located on the territory of Bukovlak village, Pleven municipality, Pleven district, which does not meet the requirements of Ordinance No. 6 of 2013 d. the conditions and requirements for the construction and operation of landfills and other facilities and installations for the recovery and disposal of waste. The landfill is located in a property with identifier 06999.41.9, the location is identified according to Sketch No 15-613710-04.12.2017 on the cadastral map and cadastral registers approved by Order No RD-18-123 / 15.12.2016 of the Executive director of the AGCC. The landfill area to be recultivated as a result of the technical reclamation project implementation is 17.32 ha. In order to ensure the sustainability of the project, the following main activities are included in the scope of the project proposal: - Preparation and implementation including (Design, Analyzes, Expenditure on administrative fees, construction and copyright supervision during the implementation of the site: "Closure and recultivation of an existing municipal landfill for solid municipal waste in the territory of Pleven Municipality"); - Technical reclamation of landfills subject to a procedure for infringement of EU law in connection with the judgment of the Court of Justice of 16 July 2015 in Case C-145/14; - Organization and management, information and communication measures and the preparation of procurement documents.
