Closure and recultivation of municipal landfill for non-hazardous municipal solid waste of Chirpan Municipality

The project proposal is aimed at implementation of measures for closure and recultivation of municipal landfill for non-hazardous municipal solid waste of Chirpan municipality, located in the land of Chirpan, which does not meet the requirements of regulation No. 6 of 2013 on the conditions and requirements for the construction and operation of landfills and other facilities and installations for the recovery and disposal of waste. The landfill is located in a property with ID №81414.170.441, the location is identified in accordance with Sketch No 15-1007907-06.11.2019 on the cadastral map and cadastral registers approved by Order No. RD-18-1540 / 03.09.2018 of the Executive director of the GCCA. The landfill area witch should be recultivated as a result of the implementation of the technical recultivation project is or 3.93 ha. The project activities will be implemented on the territory of Chirpan municipality. The following main activities are included in the project: - Preparation and implementation including (Design, Analysis, Construction and copyright supervision during the implementation of project: "Closure and recultivation of a municipal landfill for non-hazardous municipal solid waste of Chirpan Municipality"); - Technical recultivation of landfills subject to a procedure for infringement of EU law in connection with the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union of 16.07.2015 in Case C-145/14; - Organization and management, information and communication measures and preparation of tender procedures according Bulgarian procurement law.
