This project proposal includes closure and recultivation of municipal landfill for non-hazardous waste of Byala, which is situated on an area of 30 acres, in LF №07598.82.13 KKKR in the Municipality of Byala, Varna District. The landfill is imposed compulsory administrative measure suspending its operation from 09.10.2015. with Order RD-156 of the Director of Regional Inspectorate - Burgas. Within the project the landfill will be closed by performing technical recultivation of the contaminated field certified by a report from the Committee on PPZOZZ to determine the size and boundaries of the field of rehabilitation and surveying. After the end of the technical recultivation a biological recultivation will be done by using funds of the municipality.
