Closure and recultivation of an existing municipal solid waste landfill on the territory of Ruzhintsi Municipality

The project proposal envisages the implementation of construction works for the reclamation of 1 pc. closure facility subject to infringement procedure in case C-145/14 in Ruzhintsi village, Ruzhintsi municipality, PI 63255.40.4 is a previous plan number 040004, occupying an area of ​​1672.00 square meters (occupied orthogonal) area of ​​the reclaimed body under an investment project). Part "Technical reclamation" of the investment project envisages the main activity of collecting, re-depositing on site and shaping the landfill body. The vertical layout will shape the landfill body in such a way that an optimal inclination of the slopes of the waste will be achieved and will provide, in addition to sustainability and avoiding further reinforcement. Achieving an optimum slope will not allow the formation of water courses in rainfall and create a landscape that fits in best with the environment. For the implementation of the project, preliminary activities for the preparation of an investment project in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act have been performed, and procedures for coordination with the RIEW Montana for the need for assessments under the EPA and the BDA have been implemented. In addition to the implementation of the construction and rehabilitation activities of the technical recultivation, the project will also implement mandatory construction and author's supervision activities under the SPA, as well as activities on the organization and management of the project, incl. information and communication to promote the EU's contribution, as well as the corresponding administrative fees for the preparation and implementation of the project. Due to the risk of unforeseen circumstances, contingency costs are included in the implementation of the construction works. After the completion of the project, biological recultivation will be carried out within the term of the project duration - 5 years from the final payment under the project.
