Shared vision on Natura 2000 network in Pleven region.

The project is aiming at the implementation of measures 15 and 33 of the National Prioritized Action Framework for Natura 2000. It is aimed at working with key stakeholders in the Pleven region, identified on the basis of a preliminary analysis, namely representatives of the tourist sector and competent structures in the municipalities in the Pleven region and representatives of the agricultural sector. Two information meetings are planned to present the opportunities for the development of sustainable forms of tourism that are based on the presence of protected sites on the territory of the region. Opportunities for the development of sustainable forms of agriculture will also be promoted, taking into account the regimes in the Natura 2000 protected areas, including funding opportunities. The most appropriate communication channels identified on the basis of the National Information and Communication Strategy for the Natura 2000 Network - face-to-face contacts will be used.
