Elaboration of an Action Plan for the species Carabus (Carabus) menetriesi pacholei Sokolář, 1911 and Carabus (Pachystus) hungaricus Fabricius, 1792

The project covers all necessary activities for the preparation and approval of the Action Plan for the species Carabus (Carabus) menetriesi pacholei Sokolář, 1911 and Carabus (Pachystus) hungaricus Fabricius, 1792. The project plans the following activities, in compliance with Ordinance No. 5 of 1 August 2003 on the Conditions and Order for Elaboration of Action Plans for Plant and Animal Species, issued by the Minister of Environment and Water and the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, promulgated in SG No. 73 of 19 August 2003 (Ordinance 5/2003): - Preparation of a Terms of Reference and undertaking the necessary actions towards its approval by the Ministry of Environment and Water; - Analyzing the currently available information from all possible sources; - Carrying out on-the-field research and analyzing the data obtained as a result of the research; - Elaboration of the planning document; Carrying out public procurement and consultations and reflecting the comments received, if necessary; - Initiating a procedure under Art. 2, para. 2 of the Ordinance on the Conditions and Order for Implementing Compliance Assessment of Plans, Programs and Investment Proposals with the Subject and Objectives of NATURA 2000 sites, adopted by Decree of the Council of Ministers 201 of 31 August 2003, promulgated by SG of 11 September 2007, last amended and supplemented SG 3 of 5 January 2018 (DCM 201/2007); - Submission of the plan to the Ministry of Environment and Water for review by the National Biodiversity Council and reflecting comments, if necessary. The project proposal is aimed at implementing measure 20 of the NATURA 2000 National Priority Action Framework.
