The project proposal envisaged the implementation of research activities and direct conservation measures for the species Emys orbicularis, Triturus karelinii, Bombina bombina, Rhinolophus euryale, Rhinolophus euryale, Mediterranean Rhinolophus euryale, Myotis blythii, Myotis capaccinii and Myotis myotis in the territory of Nikopol Municipality. The activities and measures have been identified on the basis of the pressures and threats to the species identified under project "Mapping and determination of the conservation status of natural habitats and species - Phase I". The activities will be implemented within the territory of protected site BG0000247 Nikopolsko plato.
