Regional information campaign for Natura 2000 sites in the Montana region

The project is in implementation of measure 15 "Organization and implementation of innovative environmental events" and measure 33 "Planning and implementation of support information campaigns aimed at stakeholders" of the National Priority Framework for Action for NATURA 2000 (NPFAN) for the period 2014-2020 of expert analysis. The project is organization and conducting of one regional information campaign, which include several thematic events, aimed at pre-identified stakeholders from the Montana region, identified on the basis of expert analysis. The project will be executed in Montana district, the focus of the campaign are 21 protected natural areas, 10 of which are situated on the territory of Montana district. The main result of the project implementation is expected to be expressed in building a positive attitude, capacity and knowledge of stakeholders and in general among the general public to the NATURA 2000 network on the basis of the opportunities it provides at the local level to be perceived as valuable. and important potential, not as a constraint. Ultimately, this will lead to the building of a shared vision for the NATURA 2000 ecological network and to support the achievement of a better degree of conservation of the species and habitats subject to conservation.
