This project contains investment measures for constructions of fortification facilities for landslides PVN37.80501.01.01 and PVN37.80501.01.02 (situated within the scope of the old periodically active landslide №14.8050.01), which represent a serious risk for the population, the residential buildings in residential area 41, 42, 43 of the Urban special plan of Cherven bryag (most of which with significant construction problems due to the landslide processes) and the technical infrastructure.The landslide activity threatens to block the roadway of national road III-3006, endangering the lives of the travelers.The project includes implementation of geo-protection measures and fortification activities in the landslide area covered by the project-drainage fortification and leading surface waters facilities alongside the landslide and fortification facilities above and below the road,with the aim to protect the lives and health of the people living in the residential areas in the landslide region as well as the travelers in the national road. In this connection, the project implementation is aimed at the main target group: the citizens and the travelers on III-3006 road. The main project activities include all necessary geo-protection measures and fortification activities and build up CMS in addition to existing monitoring for landslides PVN37.80501.01.01 and PVN37.80501.01.02. The concrete results of the project implementation are: 1. Successfully implemented geo-protection measures and fortification activities. 2. Reduced share of population at risk from active landslides PVN37.80501.01.01,PVN37.80501.01.02.
