Rehabilitation of "Sinkevitsa" dam and its facilities, located in Slavovtsi, Gabrovo.

The project “Rehabilitation of Sinkevitsa Dam and its facilities, located in Slavovtsi, Gabrovo”, will contribute for the improvement of the technical condition of the dam, in order to bring it into a proper condition and for increasing the protection of population against floods. The project proposal includes construction repairs activities such as: restoration of the lining of the water drain; restoration of dry swaths; repairs the defective parts of the water tower; replacement of the main drain cock; cleaning the main exhaust pipe from bedding; cleaning of the spillway and the accompanying facilities; restoration of the street lighting on the wall of the dam and easy access to it; installing a safety barrier that prohibits vehicle access; construction of a control-measuring system (CIS), in order to measure the water level in the lake; measures to ensure the retention volume.
