Creating a system for reporting data on ambient air quality to the European Environment Agency (EEA) and the European Commission (EC) to ensure implementation of the commitments of Bulgaria as a country - EU member by flows including information about zones and agglomerations; information about the primary measurement data; Information on levels of air pollution and achieve environmental objectives; information on local air quality programs; measures of the programs and documentation of site selection of stations for monitoring air quality. The rules for the exchange of information and reporting on ambient air quality for individual countries are listed in Directives 2004/107 / EC and 2008/50 / EC of the European Parliament and the Council and Council Implementing Decision 2011/850 / EC and the Commission on how electronic reporting to EEA and the relevant periods.
