Implementation of activities for improvement of air quality in Sofia Municipality through the purchase and delivery of electric vehicles for rail transport - trams

The project involves the delivery of 25 new 1009 mm low floor articulated trams. The following items are included in the delivery of the vehicles, which are indispensable elements to ensure the normal operation of the trams and the sustainability of the project: • Training of the Employees of Stolichen Elektrotransport EAD in the management, maintenance, diagnosis and repair of the trams. • Delivery of diagnostic equipment; • Delivery of specialized tools; • Provision of tram documentation. The project will be implemented on the territory of Sofia Municipality and the purchased trams will be operated by Stolichen Elektrotransport EAD on existing tram lines with numbers 4, 5 and 18.
