"Development of a Program for reducing the levels of fine dust particles10 and reaching the established norms for their content in the atmospheric air in the Municipality of Vidin with an action plan for the period 2021-2025"

The project proposal envisages to develop “A program for reducing the levels of fine dust particles10 and reaching the established norms for their content in the atmospheric air in the Municipality of Vidin with an action plan for the period 2021-2025" The need to develop the program stems from the requirements of the regulation, as the current program of the municipality expires at the end of 2020. The program aims to achieve ambient air quality of Vidin Municipality in accordance with the regulatory requirements, thus ensuring the necessary degree of protection of the health of the population and the environment. The target group of the project is the residents of the municipality of Vidin. The project proposal envisages the implementation of three activities: 1. Preparation and completion of the project proposal; 2. Organization and management, information and communication of the project; 3. Development of the program for reducing the levels of fine dust particles10 and reaching the established norms for their content in the atmospheric air in the Municipality of Vidin with an action plan for the period 2021-2025" The total duration of the project implementation is 17 months, including 12 months for the physical implementation of the project activities. The following horizontal principles will be applied in the implementation of the project activities: legality, partnership, transparency and publicity, equal opportunities and prevention of discrimination.
