Activities related to the promotion of OPE during the period 2021 - 2022

The project aims to ensure the implementation of initiatives, activities and measures for information and publicity of the 2014-2020 OPE in the years 2021 and 2022, which are in line with the National Communication Strategy 2014-2020 (NCS). The NCS sets out the strategic communication framework for the 2014-2020 programming period so as to raise the awareness of target groups for the vision and priorities of the Partnership Agreement, beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries on t he opportunities launched by the EC as well as public recognition of the EU role in region development . These goals are achieved by reaching out to different audiences with a wide range of active measures and transparency in the management of operational programs that will enable the process of increasing public confidence. According to the NCS Annual Action Plans (AAPs) are developed,and they envisage the implementation all mandatory activities at the level of the Operational Program under Regulation 1303/2013. The OPE 2014- 2020 has an established AAPs for 2021. The AAPs will also be developed in 2022. The communication aims at timely meeting the following identified communication needs of the target groups: informing the general public about the scope,objectives and implementation of the program; informing potential beneficiaries, partner organizations and other stakeholders about programme implementation, the funding opportunities with a focus on the procedures in the relevant Indicative Annual Work Program; the formation of environmental consciousness among young citizens of the country as a guarantee of the sustainability of the measures taken.
