"Renovation and construction of social facilities on the territory of Sofia Municipality" - stage I, site of the social infrastructure Crisis center for children at risk "Faith, Hope and Love",

The project envisages major renovation/reconstruction, implementation of measures for energy efficiency and renovation of the material and technical basis of 1 site of the social infrastructure /Crisis center for children at risk "Faith, Hope and Love"/ according to investment project with construction permission. The site is included in the IPGVR of Sofia City, investment priority "Social Infrastructure", and falls into C1-Northwest Zone of predominantly social nature /C1-02-12/. The same is positioned in Nadezda District, 30 Svoboda Str. There are 2 social services for children with sustainable funding, provided as state-delegated activities - Crisis center with priority for children affected by violence and Center for children on the street. Due to the social specificity and for safety reasons, it is foreseen that the placement of children in the services will be temporarily suspended for the duration of the project until the completion of its renovation and modernization, and the material and technical base. If suitable free buildings are found, the services will be moved to them for the duration of the project. The renewal and modernization of this site of social infrastructure and the relevant materialamp;technical basis within provided will improve the conditions for providing quality social services for children from vulnerable groups in Sofia Municipality. The improved site of social infrastructure and material conditions are a prerequisite for access to the social services provided in the site, namely: temporary accommodation for children victims of violence, trafficking or other forms of exploitation, and work with children from the street, achieving the maximum reach of children and young people, and preventing discrimination based on faith, gender or ethnicity. This will provide preconditions for a lasting positive impact on the target groups and for improving their social inclusion opportunities.
