Repair, Reconstruction and Modernisation of the Affiliate Building of TMPC-Varna

The purpose of the project "Repair, Reconstruction and Modernisation of the Affiliate Building of TMPC-Varna" is to renovate the affiliate building of TMPC - Varna, the former Saedinenie Hall, in line with the current needs of TMPC - Varna. The purpose of the project "Repair, Reconstruction and Modernisation of the Affiliate Building of TMPC-Varna" is to improve the conditions for access to cultural life through the modernization of the cultural infrastructure in Varna. This will be accomplished through the implementation of the main activities of the project, namely: construction, reconstruction, renovation, equipment and furnishing of the building of "Affiliate Building of TMPC-Varna"; improving accessibility for people with disabilities as part of other construction and assembly works. Investing in cultural infrastructure in Varna aims at increasing the attractiveness of cultural sites and encouraging participation in the cultural life of citizens as a factor for social cohesion and integration of those members of society who, for one reason or another, are in a vulnerable and disadvantaged position. In this sense, the project will provide accessible cultural services to citizens and especially to social and marginalized groups, will satisfy their cultural needs and create opportunities for socialization and communication. The reconstruction and modernization of the affiliate of "The Varna Opera" will have a positive impact on national, regional and local development, reducing inequalities in terms of social status, promoting better social inclusion by improving access to cultural and recreational services and the socialization of the different groups of society. The object of intervention is exclusive state property and has the status of architectural and artistic immovable cultural heritage.
