Reconstruction of Tsarigradska Str. a.p. 469 to a.p. 319 and from a.p. 468b to a.p. 469 and adjacent space in UPI I, district 38, "Vazrazhdane", Burgas - part of the project "Renewal of urban environment in the city center, Vazrajdane and Meden rudnik residential areas- phase II"

This project proposal is aimed at improving the quality of the urban and living environment by building a balanced system of public spaces, key to urban social and cultural life. The activities envisaged within the project are related to the reconstruction of Tsarigradska Str. a.p. 469 to a.p. 319 and from a.p. 468b to a.p. 469 and adjacent space in UPI I, district 38, "Vazrazhdane", Burgas. The measures to be implemented in the rehabilitation of the street network in the territory are related to: building and restoration of street and pavement pavements, parking areas, renovation of street landscaping, providing accessible environment for people with disabilities, implementation of energy saving street lighting , placing elements of urban furnishings, laying new horizontal and vertical markings. The proposed project is considered as a continuation and upgrading of projects implemented by the Municipality of Burgas for the modernization and renovation of the urban environment related to the continuous improvement of the living conditions in the area with residential functions. The project is aimed at all residents and guests of Burgas as it offers improvement of the physical environment, aesthetics and development of spaces in the "Vazrazhdane", Burgas, increasing the attractiveness of the city, the quality of life and the comfort of living, especially for the immediate adjacent residential area.
