Energy efficient renovation in the building of territorial unit of Fire Safety and Protection of the Population, Burgas

The project proposal is aimed at increasing the energy efficiency and achieving the energy consumption class "B" in two buildings with administrative use of "Fire and Emergency Services" in Burgas. The planned activities include introducing energy saving measures on building surrounding elements and installations, improving the performance of the building and providing an accessible environment for disadvantaged people. The project proposal addresses three key aspects of - reduction of energy consumption and costs in two administrative buildings; providing better working conditions for employees; ensuring equal access for people with disabilities. The project target groups are 143 employees and over 8,000 citizens / per year, visitors and users of administrative services provided by the institution. The implementation of energy saving measures for building surrounding elements, microclimate maintenance systems in buildings and measures to improve accessibility for disabled people to Building 1, where administrative services are carried out, is envisaged. The expected results from the introduction of energy efficiency measures are: The energy consumption class of both buildings will increase from "E" (for building 1) and "F" (building 2) to "B"; Saving a total of 566071 kWh / y of primary energy, which represents 63.42% of energy saved (Building 1) and 69.50% of Energy Savings for Building 2 The ecological equivalent of the integrated implementation of all energy saving measures is 121.34 t / y. saved CO2 emissions.
