"Construction of social housing in zone D of" Meden rudnik "district, surveyed land plot VIII, kv.151, Burgas"

The project proposal foresees the construction of multifamily social house for the needs of vulnerable and deprived groups. The project aims at the development of new quality model for social inclusion, assuring new, modern and affordable living conditions and integrating the opportunities to support and encourage deprived and socially excluded people on the territory of Burgas Municipality to be active. Project activities include construction, purchase and installment of equipment of multifamily building with five sections (four of them with two floors and one with three floors) and capacity of 47 apartments with a possibility to be accommodated 120 representatives of the target group- parents and people threatened by poverty and social exclusion. The project addresses two main needs: 1. Assuring good and affordable living conditions for people living in poverty, households with low income, parents with children, incl. families with many children, children with poor health and disabilities. 2. Encouraging representative of the target group to work actively for their social inclusion. The implementation of the project and achieving its outcomes will contribute for the establishment of a new type of social house, with an accent on living in a community as a new dimension and a priority of the local housing policy aiming at sustainable development and renovation of neighborhoods, supporting the social inclusion of the representatives of the target group.
