The project proposal is aiming to provide a modern social infrastructure in Burgas Municipality, which will provide a favorable environment for accommodation, within 6 months, to vulnerable and disadvantaged groups of the population - children and persons, victims of violence, trafficking or other form of exploitation. The project proposal envisages the establishment of a Crisis Center for persons in Zone D, Meden rudnik residential areas, surveyed land plot VIII, kv.151, Burgas with a total capacity of 15 places, located on two levels in the social housing building. For the needs of the users of the Center, the Center will have a reception room, a lounge with a library, accommodation rooms, a kitchen, a staff room, a rest room /changing room, a laundry room and a bathroom. Equipment and furnishings are provided which meet the regulatory requirements and are suitable for the provision of the social service. The Crisis Center will operate 24 hours a day, providing a relaxed and secure environment for users through the provision of social services, to address the main problems of risk target groups, to provide individual support, to meet day-to-day needs, to provide legal counseling or social - psychological assistance when immediate intervention is required in case of risk and emergency. The target group who are users of social services at the Crisis Center are persons and children, victims of domestic violence and other forms of violence. The implementation of the project will create an integrated innovative model of social inclusion that is based not only on providing a protected consumer environment, but also providing a range of services to overcome the consequences of the violence suffered, providing protection and basic consumer needs, reducing negative consequences and provoking personal resources with a view to social reintegration of the victim.
