Renovation five municipal schools in the city of Ruse, including their adjacent yards

The project includes interventions in 5 buildings and their yards, part of the educational infrastructure of the city of Ruse. The sites, covered by the project proposal, are located in the areas of impact of the Integrated Plan for Urban Regeneration and Development of the city of Ruse, approved by the Managing Authority of OP "Regions in Growth". In Zone A are sites:-Renovation of “Baba Tonka” High School of Mathematics, including building playgrounds and landscaping the adjacent yards;-Renovation of “Hristo Botev” High School, including building playgrounds and landscaping the adjacent yards, and in Zone B:-Major renovation of Kindergarten “Pinokio” 1 and 2 and the adjacent yard with introducing energy efficiency measures;-Major renovation of Kindergarten “Rusalka” 2 and the adjacent yard with introducing energy efficiency measures. Complete reconstruction is provided for the buildings and adjacent yards of all sites. There is an accessible architectural environment, including for people with disabilities. The interventions will be performed in buildings and properties, which are entirely municipal property. The main project activities are related to the execution of construction and installation works for complete renovation of the school buildings and adjacent yards, design and construction supervision, accompanying information and communication activities, audit and project management organisation. The activities provided for in the project proposal have full project preparedness and are based on Technical investment project, in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act, Regulation 4 for the scope and content of investment projects, accompanied by detailed Bill of quantities, coordination with the necessary operating companies and competent institutions, Conformity assessment of investment projects and building permits entered into force. After the execution of all construction and installation works under the project, the sites will be commissioned.
