The project aims to integrate vulnerable and other disadvantaged people by providing modern social housing for their accommodation through a complete reconstruction of a 4-storey building, located on 26, Musala Street in Stara Zagora, UPI XX-3910, district 527a according to the Stara Zagora Development Plan and the adjacent yard spaces (Deed of Private Municipal Ownership No. 15381/22.12.2015. The site is located in intervention Zone III with predominantly social character of the Stara Zagora Integrated Plan for Reconstruction and Development. The project includes the following reconstruction activities of the building described above and adjacent spaces: • Reconstruction works; • Designer`s Supervision; • Construction Supervision; • Publicity and visualization; • Audit; • Management and implementation With the project implementation will be provided modern social houses, designated for accommodation of representatives of the target group, according to Art. 6 of the Regulation on the procedure and conditions for use of social service "social housing" on the territory of Stara Zagora municipality, adopted by City council decision № 1283 of 18.12.2017, amended and complemented by decision No 1480 of 29.03.2018 The project is foreseen to improve the access of disabled people to the above-mentioned site, by supplying equipment and furnishing which are part of the overall renovation of the building and improves the quality of the service. The building on 26 Musala Str. will be redesigned in 69 residences, out of which 8 studios, 19 one-room and 42 two-room apartments. It is expected to accommodate in total up to 232 persons, of which 116 representatives of the marginalized communities, incl. Roma.
