Improving the conditions for provision of modern educational services in education

In pursuance of the policy for sustainable urban development, this project proposal is in compliance with the approved Investment Programme of the Municipality of Pleven and includes eligible measures and activities under the Investment Priority “Educational Infrastructure”, on objects located in the public and social zones of influence identified in the Integrated Plan for Urban Reconstruction and Development (IPURD). The project envisages interventions related to the introduction of energy efficiency measures, the implementation of activities for the repair and reconstruction of buildings and the adjacent yards at 9 sites of the educational infrastructure located on the territory of the two of the zones of influence of the IPURD of the town of Pleven - the social and the public zones. As part of the project, buildings and school yards will be renovated: Primary School “Hristo Botev” and Elementary School “Kliment Ohridski ”; kindergartens: Kindergarten 12 “Ralitsa”; Kindergarten 2 ”Yunsko Vastanie”; Kindergarten 8 “Shturche”; Kindergarten 20 “Kalina”; Weekly Kindergarten 11 “Temenuga”; Consolidated Kindergarten 18 “Druzhba” and the Nursery “Gergana”. The measures envisage to achieve an integrated impact and a synergistic effect through past projects and through measures and activities part of other projects from the Investment Programme of the Municipality concerning interventions on the urban environment, the social and the cultural infrastructure, the development of an integrated urban transport.
