"Implementation of energy efficiency measures, ensuring access for disadvantaged people in the building of Regional service "Fire safety and protection of population- Blagoevgrad"

The project proposal provides the establishment of energy efficiency measures in the administrative building of Regional services "Fire Safety and protection population" - Blagoevgrad" and ensuring access to the building for people with disabilities. The project will be realized as a result of a partnership agreement, signed between the Municipality of Blagoevgrad and the General Directorate "Fire Safety and Population Protection" at the Ministry of Interior. By implementing the project activities will be increased the energy efficiency and will be reduced the energy consumption in the building, which is the object of the current project proposal. This need arises from the specific role of the Ministry of Interior as a consumer of electricity. The logical consistency of the activities and their sequence in the project will lead to the renovation of the building of public infrastructure in accordance with the National and European legislation for high level of energy efficiency. The current project proposal aims to provide better working conditions for employees of Regional services "Fire Safety and Population Protection" - Blagoevgrad" by improving the quality of working conditions and creation of a modern, ecological and energy-efficient working environment in the administrative building, as well as providing access for people with disabilities.
