"Introduction of measures for improvement of energy efficiency in the building of the State Archives Department - Blagoevgrad, Regional State Archives Directorate - Sofia at the State Archives Agency".

The project proposal envisages the introduction of a complex of energy saving measures in the administrative building of the State Archives Department - Blagoevgrad, as well as providing an accessible environment for disadvantaged people to the building. The project is being implemented as a result of a signed partnership agreement № 98-00-237 / 15.07.2019 between the Municipality of Blagoevgrad and State Agency "Archives". The implementation of the project activities is expected to reduce energy consumption and reduce energy costs as a result of increasing the energy efficiency of the administrative building, as well as extending its life cycle and improving its operational characteristics. Overall energy renovation activities (exterior and interior) of the building stock ensure that the building fully complies with current construction and environmental criteria and standards by achieving a certain level of energy efficiency, reducing energy costs and reducing harmful emissions of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. In this way, the project will indirectly contribute to the achievement of a cleaner environment and better living conditions for the residents of Blagoevgrad Municipality.
