Repair, renovation and introduction of energy efficiency measures in the building of Chamber Opera and National chitalishte "N. Y. Vaptsarov - 1866" - Blagoevgrad

With the implementation of the present project proposal the building of the Chamber Opera and the National Chitalishte “N. J. Vaptsarov -1866 ”- Blagoevgrad, located in the center of Blagoevgrad, on one of the largest squares in the city. The building is owned by the Municipality of Blagoevgrad and by decision of the Municipal Council - Blagoevgrad is provided for free use to the Chamber Opera and National Chitalishte "N. J. Vaptsarov -1866 ”- Blagoevgrad. By implementing and introducing energy efficiency measures, completely renovating and modernizing the auditorium and renovating the rehearsal halls and other premises in the site, the aim is to provide significantly better conditions for organizing and conducting cultural events. The project proposal will contribute to the sustainable development of Blagoevgrad and the region by investing and improving the site of cultural infrastructure. The renovation of the building stock and the introduction of energy efficiency measures will improve the microclimate and the working conditions in the two cultural institutions and at the same time will improve the cultural infrastructure in the city of Blagoevgrad.
