Establishment of a community crisis centre

The project proposal foresees construction of two Community crisis centers with total capacity of 30 people, located in two buildings of "passive house" type, as well as rehabilitation of the respective yard space. A crisis center is a packet of social services to individuals that have suffered from violence, human traffic or other form of exploitation, which services can be provided up to 6 months and aim to provide individual support, everyday needs and legal consultation for these individuals. A social-psychological help in case of need of urgent intervention, including through mobile crews for crisis intervention. Providing the service "Crisis center" will lead to realization of the following main activities: crisis intervention, individual support, improvement/creation of social inclusion skills, individual and group work in order to integrate the individuals into the labor market and active inclusion in the community life. Having in mind that the Crisis center will be situated in two buildings within regulated land plots X and XII in residential district "Buzludzha", Dragan Tsankov st., they both will have similar architectural look and will be built as two separate buildings and spaces, independent from each other (passive house types). The houses comply with the urban architecture and will be in harmony with the surroundings. The interior space of the crisis centers is organised as follows: reception room, bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchenette and dining room, therapy rooms, office and bathroom for the staff, medical office and isolator, storage rooms, garage. The project includes the respective equipment and furniture, fully complying with the legal requirements and suitable for providing the residential type social service "Crisis center".
