Business environment improvement in Industrial area -West

The project addresses the contemporary processes in our society and faces the challenges of modern regional economy policy, promoted by Veliko Turnovo Municipality. The SMEs located in the West Industrial Zone /WIZ/ are the milestone of the local economy. They provide a significant contribution in offering jobs on the territory of the municipality and in addition with entrepreneurship, they are the vital factor in attaining rapid and sustainable growth and economic development, based on knowledge and informational society in reaching the average levels of development of identical administrative and territorial units of the national economics, respectively of EU. In order to achieve sustainable, integrated growth in the area of WIZ a friendly business environment and proper conditions shall be envisaged in terms of WIZ, reflecting protection of the building fund, providing modernization of TI, development of the existing SMEs in the zone, enhancing the opening of new SMEs as well as stimulating their successors.The revitalization of the elements of the technical infrastructure is the factor that corresponds to the above-mentioned contemporary requirements and simultaneously it harmonizes the dynamic characteristics of these processes and is a requisite the anticipated requirements to be implemented and multiplied. To ensure modern business environment is a requirement to attract new tourists and new investors. This presupposes the West Industrial Zone to provide safety and security, to reflect the ecological effects of life, to be sustainable in future and to possess high aestethic quality. Regarding these, the selection of project activities is provoked by: *the necessity of attaining modern industrial zone, providing appropriate conditions to stimulate the business there, by synergy contribution and providing additional value to the processes on the regional level of policy; *the necessity of achieving secure and safe environment for the community;
