Reconstruction and renovation of the National Revival and Constituent Assembly Museum

Project objectives envisage reconstruction and implementation of EE measures, which shall reduce costs and facilitate the exploitation of the building.Through the investment the unique architectural monument shall provide a safe and modern environment for exhibiting and promoting the cultural and historical heritage, which is managed by the museum, attracting more tourists with an interest in the Renaissance.It is planned the systems for technical security, video surveillance and fire alarm to be renovated corresponding to the modern regulatory requirements. Tourism ensures the commercialization of natural and cultural heritage and can be a source of sustainable livelihood and boosting incomes, balancing economic goals with environmental and social risks, expanding the territorial and social distribution of the benefits of cultutal development.Worldwide, the cultural and historical heritage is developing in three directions: expanding the shift from tangible to intangible culture and from elite to mass; the examination of the cultural-historical sites in their environment;the inclusion of cultural and historical heritage in modern life and its active socialization.These are the applicable areas for the site as part of the policy for cultural development and construction of an integrated cultural and touristic product in VT Municipality. Cultural heritage is an economic resource that is a prerequisite for economic processes and valorization.The investment is focused on restoration and preservation of cultural and historical values emphasizing on the relationship between historical culture, local traditions and modern interventions. The realisation of an integrated product is related to the conservation, restoration and display of values ​​with a focus on the relationship between historical monuments, local traditions and modern,contemporary intervention through territorial complexity; interaction between cultural, historical, archaeological and natural resources.
