Improving the educational infrastructure in Vidin

The project is included in the list of indicative main projects in the Investment program (IP) for realization of IPURD (IPGVR) of Vidin 2014-2020. The IP is developed under Priority Axis 1 "Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development" of OP "Regions in growth". The project is developed under a procedure BG16RFOP001-1.010 - "Implementation of integrated plans for urban regeneration and development 2014-2020-Vidin". The project is within the Zone of public functions with high public importance of IPURD. The activities in the area of educational infrastructure play an important role for improving the quality of education in Vidin and for improving the working conditions within the objects of intervention. Target groups: all the students and engaged in work in the included objects of intervention. Objectives: Improving the municipal educational infrastructure; Improving the quality of education; Improving the working conditions. Expected results: The project will improve the educational infrastructure, which will lead to increased quality of education and improved working conditions at the objects of intervention. Included two objects of intervention: "Main reconstruction of the building of the High School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences - (PMG) "Ekzarh Antim I"; shaping the surrounding area and a new gymnasium at the PMG "Ekzarh Antim I", "Knyaz Boris I" Str. 25". Name in IPURD: Project ZVII - 2.4. "Renovation of educational infrastructure and adjoining yard in PMG "Ekzarh Antim I"; "Conservation, restoration and exhibition of the building of the Secondary School "Tsar Simeon Veliki" - Vidin; shaping the adjacent surrounding area and extension and superstructure of the gymnasium at the Secondary School "Tsar Simeon Veliki" - Regulated land plot (UPI) XXXIX for high school, kv. 371 "Central city zone - STAGE I". Name in IPURD: Project ZVII - 2.1. "Renovation of educational infrastructure and adjoining yard in Secondary School "Tsar Simeon Veliki".
