Reconstruction of the central pedestrian zone

Project "Major reconstruction of the central pedestrian zone" is included in the indicative list of major projects approved under Priority Axis 1 - "Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development" Operational Program "Regions in Growth", BG16RFOP001-1.010 - "Implementation of integrated plans urban regeneration and development 2014-2020 Vidin. " The project is within the Zone of public functions with high public importance of IPURD of Vidin. The renovation of the central pedestrian zone along which are concentrated buildings with important administrative and public functions is crucial for improving the appearance of the urban territory. Target groups: local residents of Vidin town guests of the town of Vidin. Objectives: Improving the urban environment; Improving the quality of life; Increasing the urban attractiveness. Expected results: the project will improve the quality of life and will increase the overall attractiveness of the city for tourists, which will support tourism activities and services. The project includes three objects of intervention: STAGE I Regulated land plot - RLP (UPI) LVIII195 pedestrian zone; RLP LXI1090 pedestrian zone; RLP LXI202 pedestrian zone; LXII1089 pedestrian zone; RLP LVII1087 pedestrian zone; RLP LV243 administrative building; RLP LVI1086 pedestrian zone; RLP LIII244 pedestrian zone and RLP LIV1085 pedestrian zone from kv. 371, complex „Central part of the city“ ; STAGE II RLP LII194 square, monument and fountain; RLP XLIX185 pedestrian zone; RLP XLVI184 pedestrian zone and planting; RLP XLVII279 pedestrian zone and RLP XLVIII262 pedestrian zone from kv. 371, complex „Central part of the city“; STAGE III RLP XLII166 pedestrian zone; RLP XLIII168 pedestrian zone; RLP XLIV1083 pedestrian zone; RLP LXXII166 landscaping and public service; RLP XLI107 pedestrian zone and public service from kv. 371, complex „Central part of the city“.
