Implementation of energy efficiency measures in multi-family residential buildings on the territory of Vidin Town

The project "Implementation of energy efficiency measures in multi-family residential buildings on the territory of Vidin Town" is included in the list of indicative major projects of the approved procedure BG16RFOP001-1.010 - "Implementation of Integrated Urban Reconstruction and Development Plans 2014-2020-Vidin" of PA1 - "Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development" of the OPRG. The project falls within the area of public functions of high public importance of the IURDP-Vidin. Within the project for thirteen buildings from the residential infrastructure of Vidin Municipality, after a decision of the general meeting of the owners and a contract signed with the Municipality of Vidin, will be taken measures to improve their energy efficiency and measures related to improving the accessibility of people with disabilities, in accordance with the requirements of Ord.No.4/01.07.2009. The necessary energy-saving measures for each individual building are determined in EE investigation reports, accompanied by a valid energy performance certificate made by a licensed person. The measures aim to provide better living conditions for citizens in multi-family residential buildings, thermal comfort and a higher quality of living environment. All thirteen multifamily residential buildings, subject to intervention, are in poor technical condition. For the successful implementation of the project, the Beneficiary will carry out procedures in accordance with the requirements of the Puplic Procurement Law for the selection of contractors for the project activities; will participate with its representatives in the Project Team and will control the strict implementation of the planned activities. As a result of the implementation of the project, on the territory of the Municipality, in thirteen multi-family residential buildings and for 389 residents of Vidin will be created better living conditions.The reconstructed and renovated 13 buildings will meet the contemporary requirements.
