Reconstruction of the central pedestrian zone - 4 Etap

Project "Major reconstruction of the central pedestrian zone - Stage IV" is included in the list of indicative reserve projects of the procedure BG16RFOP001-1.010 -"Implementation of integrated plans for urban reconstruction and development 2014-2020-Vidin", approved under Priority Axis 1 - "Sustainable and integrated urban development" of the Operational Programme "Regions in Growth". The project falls within the Zone of public functions of high public importance of the integrated plan for urban reconstruction and development of Vidin. The renovation of the central pedestrian zone, along which are concentrated buildings with important administrative and public functions, is key to improving the appearance of the urban area. Target groups: the entire population of Vidin and the guests of the city. Objectives: Improving the urban environment; Improving the quality of life; Increasing the urban attractiveness. Expected results: The implementation of the project will improve the quality of life of the locals and will increase the overall attractiveness of the city for tourists, which will support the tourist demand and its service. The object of intervention in the present project proposal "Major reconstruction of the central pedestrian zone - IV stage" is regulated land property XXL100- for pedestrian zone; regulated land property XX29 - for pedestrian zone and regulated land property XIX1081 - for pedestrian zone and landscaping of quarter 329, complex "Service Zone" according to the plan of Vidin, municipality of Vidin.
