Energy efficiency measures and renovation in the building of regional office of Chief Directorate Fire Safety and Civil Protection - Dobrich

The project proposal (PP) aims at implementing energy efficiency measures and renovation of the building District Directorate Fire Safety and Civil Protection and Local Service Fire Safety and Civil Protection - Dobrich. With the realization of a set of energy saving measures and related works included in the PP will be provided better working conditions and occupancy of building, thermal comfort and higher quality working environment. The planned activities will contribute to reducing the cost of energy consumption, increase energy efficiency and indirectly improve the performance of the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions. For the purpose of preparing the PP project partner DG "FSPP" supplied- Investigation of energy efficiency in building and operating a valid certificate of good standing of the energy produced under Art. 48 of the EEA and Investigation to establish the technical specifications and technical passport in accordance with the requirements. Once carried out feasibility and environmental assessment of the submitted project documentation for audits of funding is proposed more cost-effective package in accordance with the Guidelines for Application procedure: BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of IPGVR 2014-2020". Envisaged for energy and ancillary works for energy efficient renovation of the building of RDPBZN (RS FSPP) - Dobrich "in this PP include - replacement of windows, thermal insulation of exterior walls, thermal insulation of the roof, reconstruction of heating system (gas) and reconstruction of installations domestic hot water and accessible environment. with the introduction of the planned energy conservation measures established potential for reducing energy consumption in the amount of 416,013 kWh / year or 60.93% saving on energy savings and reduced greenhouse gas emissions will be reduced by 233.61 tons CO2 / year.
