The project proposal envisaged in the investment program of the municipality of Dobrich and integrated plan for urban regeneration and development procedure BG16RFOP001-1.001-039 "Implementation of integrated plans for urban regeneration and development 2014 -2020" under Priority Axis 1 "Sustainable and Integrated Urban Development" Operational Programme "Regions for growth"2014 -2020, investment priority" Urban environment "group activities "Areas with potential for economic development." Project "Improvement, upgrading and reconstruction of infrastructure in the area with potential for economic development in Dobrich" including reconstruction and rehabilitation of street "6 September" Dobrich with two subobjects -south and north / and diversion to "Dobrudzha bread" AD / will improve not only the infrastructure but also access and free movement of people with disabilities. It is envisaged provision of telecommunications connections and replacement of street lights with energy efficient, too. The project has a total value 1 446 029.28 leva. The correct course of construction - installation activities, the proposal provides execution of independent construction supervision and author supervision. The independent financial audit will follow proper spending and compliance with legal rules and regulations. Implementation of all project activities include provision the necessary publicity, visualization and awareness project initiative.
