Energy efficiency measures in multifamily homes in the town of Dobrih

This project’s aim is to implement energy efficiency measures and to renovated multifamily homes in order to achieve ecologic effect and sustainable development in Dobrich Municipality. The project includes nine buildings in the town of Dobrich whose owners’ associations have applied and showed interest in receiving financial support. The buildings have been ranked following a method, especially devised by Dobrich Municipality in compliance with the guidelines for the current procedure. The project plans to commission a contract for design, build and author’s supervision - all in one on the bases of the conclusions and recommendations put down in the technical inspection and certification report and the energy efficiency audit of the buildings. When the working designs are ready a professional assessment is going to be provided to ensure the building projects meet the structural, safety, fire protection, energy saving and accessibility requirements of the country. A construction supervision consultant, a team member from the municipality and technically qualified persons, elected by the owners’ associations, will monitor and control the process of construction works. A team of experts for project administration and organization are going to be appointed. Their main obligation is going to be duly and on time implementation of project activities. Information and publicity measures are going to take place in line with Information and Publicity Guidelines for Operations financed by Regions in Growth 2014-2020.
