Renovation of Cultural Infrastructure - Neli Bozhkova Hall

This project is a part of the Integrated Plan for Urban Regeneration and Development of Dobrich municipality and it is on the list of indicative main projects of the Agreement for Implementation of the Investment Program under grant procedure, part of the procedure “Implementation of Integrated Plans for Urban Regeneration and Development 2014-2020”, OPRD 2014-2020. The project proposal involves renovation of Neli Bozhkova hall, lobbies, dressing rooms, working and services areas and its renovation will encourage the participation of citizens in the cultural life and integration of disadvantaged and vulnerable members of the community. During the execution of the project, construction and repair works will be carried out for the renovation of premises, implementation of energy efficiency measures, improvement of access for people with disabilities. Author’s and construction supervision will be carried out in order to achieve correct fulfillment of the investment project.Some furniture will be supplied. Information and publicity activities are planned to promote among citizens the contribution of ESIF and project goals and activities. For the correct and timely administration of the activities project management activity is envisaged.
