Improving the educational infrastructure through reconstruction / repair, renovation and implementation of energy efficiency measures in schools and kindergartens in the town of Haskovo

Project "Improving the educational infrastructure through reconstruction / repair, renovation and implementation of energy efficiency measures in schools and kindergartens in the town of Haskovo" is part of the investment program and policy of the municipality of Haskovo, in which the improvement of educational infrastructure, improving the quality of life and sustainable development are set as top priorities. The activities to be implemented under the project are: - Organization, management, and internal monitoring of the project; - Preparation of documentation for procurement under PPA and implementation of procedures for selection of contractor; - Construction and repairs. It provides reconstruction, renovation and introducing energy efficiency measures in two primary schools and eight buildings in the United childcare. The main activities to be implemented by types of works are: repair of plumbing, heating, ventilation and electrical installations. Replacement of lighting fixtures with energy. Equipping the new boiler plants and construction gardening gas installations for natural gas. Form new playgrounds and sports in kindergartens and schoolyards. Building accessible architectural environment in childcare and external elevators in school buildings; - Supervision of proekta.Po during the execution of the construction works will be carried out continuous construction and supervision of the sites to obtain permission to objects or Certificate of commissioning; - Purchase and implementation of equipment for kindergartens-in childcare facilities will be equipped for fluid and where necessary for the kitchen. - Publicity and communication project to inform the general public about the contribution of the ERDF; - Audit of the project- will be carried out independent financial audit of the costs incurred by the project activities, including conducting public procurement.
