Implementation of energy efficiency measures in multi-family residential buildings in Haskovo

The present project proposal contains a set of measures, through the implementation of which, will be ensured all activities necessary for increasing the energy efficiency of multi-family residential buildings in the territory of Haskovo, within the scope of the project. Introducing energy efficiency measures for multi-family residential buildings in Haskovo is part of the implemented policy of the Municipality.The implementation of the project will create prerequisites for improving the quality of life and quality of the environment in the city of Haskovo. The project proposal envisages the renovation of three privately owned buildings with up to 35 separate housings that are not included in the scope of the National Energy Efficiency Program.For the sites Haskovo Municipality has concluded contracts with the associations of owners, registered in accordance with Art. 25, para.1of LCOM, Energy audit and energy savings certificates, technical inspection of buildings and Architectural survey. The activities that will be implemented within the project are: -project management and organization; -implementation of Engineering-investment design, construction works and author’s supervision of the objects of interventions; -exercising construction supervision, conformity assessment of the investment projects and putting an object into operation; providing publicity and visualization measures of the project; -audit of the project. The project also includes measures aiming to improve the accessibility of people with disabilities, in accordance with Ordinance N.4 of July 1, 2009. After the implementation of all activities will be achieved energy class "B" of energy consumption and over 60% energy savings for the 3 buildings subject to the project proposal. Investments in multi-family housing will directly contribute to reducing final energy consumption in households and improving the mobility of people with disabilities and indirectly to reducing greenhouse gases.
