Introducing energy efficiency measures for a building of the Haskovo Regional Administration

This project is in full compliance with the Investment Program and the implemented policy of Haskovo Municipality for higher energy efficiency and direct reduction of final energy consumption, improvement of mobility of people with disabilities and indirect reduction of harmful gases. The building of the Haskovo Regional Administration is located in the city center and was built before 1987. It accommodates almost all regional structures, which makes it extremely important for the population. Energy efficiency measures for the building need to be implemented, given that ownership is divided into: - Haskovo Regional Administration - public state property; - Haskovo municipality - private municipal property; - Ministry of Regional Development and Public works - public state property. For this purpose there is a partnership agreement between the three institutions. The project envisages the following activities: 1. Organization and management of the project; 2. Energy efficiency and technical audits of the Haskovo Regional Administration building; 3. Introduction of energy efficiency measures - engineering; 4. Conducting assessment of the conformity of the investment projects and exercising construction supervision; 5. Project audit; 6. Implementation of publicity measures and project visualization. The project also includes measures aimed at improving the accessibility of people with disabilities, in accordance with Ordinance No.4 /01.07.2009 Through all the activities will be achieved energy class "A +" in the administrative building of the Haskovo Regional Administration. The total value of the project is 1 994 533.88 BGN.
