Rehabilitation and reconstruction of the approach to monument "Holy Mother of God"

The current project proposal is in full complience with the Investment Programme and the policy implemented by Haskovo Municipality for improvement of quality of life, social inclusion and improvement of the environment. The place of interventions during the project is highly visited urban area - Municipal property, that must be renovated and thus become more attractive for the citizens and guests of Haskovo. The Statue of Holy mother of God and Child is the tallest in the world, built in the hill "Mladezhki halm" in the city borders and is included in the Guinness Book of World Records. For the purpose of the application Haskovo Municipality has full project readiness for the implementation of the proposed measures, which include complete rehabilitation of the approach, building of walking and velo paths with elements of accessible architectural environment. There is a Building permit № 396/17.10.2019 and Order for correction of obvious mistake № 457/18.12.2019. Main activities for the successful implementation of the project: 1. Management and Organization of the project; 2. Construction works in complience with the technical design; 3. Author's and construction supervision; 4. Implementation of publicity and visualization measures - in order to inform the wide public for the financial support of the EFRD; 5. Audit of the project The total amount of the project is BGN 1 276 639.08 for 28 months of implementation.
