Updating and implementation of energy efficiency measures in the building of the NRA in the city Pazardzhik

This project proposal envisages implementation of measures to increase the energy efficiency of object: National Revenue Agency - Pazardzhik - Pazardzhik city. Pazardzhik, Bulgaria blvd. №41. The building is state property. Administrative building, representing two-storey building with ID 55155,504,305. The building is category III saglasno Ordinance №1 / 30.07.2003g. the nomenclature of the types of structures. The building is one of the sites of architectural monuments. Based on the conclusions drawn from technical passports, the buildings are not currently meet the requirements of Article 169 of the SPA in terms of energy efficiency, safe operation, noise protection and environmental protection. The project proposal includes the realization of envisaged in the technical passport measures, including replacement of windows, installation of thermal insulation in the building envelope application of waterproofing the roof, replacement of old and inefficient boilers with new, replacement of the fuel base and inclusion in the urban gas distribution network replacement of old heating system with a new one. The implementation of the above measures will lead to the achievement of class "C" of energy consumption and more than 60% energy savings in the building of the NRA, located on Bulgaria blvd. №41 in the city. Pazardzhik in accordance with the purposes of this procedure BG16RFOP001 -1013.
