"Implementation of Energy Efficiency Measures in Multifamily Residential Buildings in Pazardjik - Phase I"

The project proposal is aimed at increasing energy efficiency and reaching energy consumption at least class "C" of residential buildings, objects of intervention, improving the accessibility of people with disabilities to buildings, constructive restoration and reinforcement, where prescribed to provide better living conditions in the Multifamily Residential Buildings, thermal comfort and higher quality of the living environment. The target groups of the project proposal are the occupants of the separated objects in residential buildings corresponding the eligibility criteria for energy efficiency projects of Multifamily Residential Buildings according to OPRD; owners of business objects and persons visiting dwellings and business objects; persons with reduced mobility, incl. persons with disabilities whose access to the buildings will be improved and the inhabitants of Pazardzhik. The investment program for the implementation of the IPSUD of Pazardzhik includes projects for the implementation of measures on multifamily residential buildings. With the implementation of the specific project, energy efficiency measures will be implemented on 14 multifamily residential buildings, located in the construction boundaries of Pazardzhik. The intended main activities are: organization and management, information and publicity measures, engineering (development of an investment project, execution of construction and author supervision), assessment of the compliance of investment projects and implementation of construction supervision and a project audit. The expected results from the implementation of the project are: -a higher level of energy efficiency of the multifamily residential buildings and reduction of energy costs; -improving the operational characteristics and the lifecycle of the buildings; - Ensuring available living environment, adequate with the criteria for sustainable development.
