"Improving the educational infrastructure in Shumen"

The project proposal "Improving the educational infrastructure in Shumen" aims to overhaul, introduction of measures to improve energy efficiency and modernization of education infrastructure in 4 schools in Shumen. Will be satisfied demand, which is associated with providing updated material and technical basis and buildings, which will be a prerequisite for equal access to quality education at all levels of compulsory education (preschool, primary and secondary) and the reduction of early school leavers who it is the main factor for inclusive growth. The main objective of the project is to provide an appropriate and cost-effective educational infrastructure to serve the needs of basic education services in the municipality of Shumen, and to ensure social inclusion of students, including marginalized groups by improving and modernizing the educational environment training and residence and a stronger presence in the learning process. The target groups of the project are students from 4 schools renovated in Shumen. By the implementation of this project proposal would be increased the quality of life, improving human capital, restoration and revitalization of basic educational functions of the municipality, through the acceleration of economic, social and territorial potentials for sustainable and integrated development of settlements in the municipality of Shumen.
