Improvement of the educational infrastructure in town of Sliven

The project proposal includes construction works, construction supervision, author’s supervision, equipment delivery, publicity, project audit. The proposal includes the following sites: Renovation of ‘Detstvo’ Kindergarten: Some of the existing premises will be formed as a new gym and a new music hall. A corridor will be built to connect the gym with the main building as well as a toilet for people with physical disabilities, educational cabinet. The project also includes: thermal insulation of the external walls and roof , replacement of the old windows with PVC ones, a solar installation for domestic hot water. Renovation of ‘Zornica’ Kindergarten: thermal insulation of the external walls and roof, replacement of the old windows with PVC and aluminum ones, a solar installation for domestic hot water. New elevators will be constructed, one educational cabinet will be formed, as well as a music hall and rooms for the staff. Part of the yard will be formed for children with disabilities. Renovation of ‘Mak’ Kindergarten: The main building of the kindergarten is included in the National Register of immovable cultural property. The project will provide renovation of the external walls, placement of thermal insulation of the internal side of the wall, formation of a new gym, renovation of the additional buildings of the kindergarten, including implementation of energy efficiency measures. Renovation of ‘Verjin and Haik Papaziyan’ Kindergarten: a new gymnasium will be formed with an adjoining storage room as well as a heating substation. The reconstruction of the existing premises will form one new classroom for arts; classroom for children with special educational needs and disabilities; a teacher’s room; a toilet for people with physical disabilities; a new elevator. Energy efficiency measures will be implemented, including solar installation for domestic hot water. All sites will be provided with accessible architectural environment.
