The project contains a set of activities planned in accordance with the identified needs for sustainable development of the cultural infrastructure in Gabrovo, in accordance with the approved IPGVR of the Municipality of Gabrovo, the Municipal Development Plan of the Municipality of Gabrovo 2014-2020, the Strategy for Development of Culture (2014-2024), as well as the objectives of the current grant procedure. Within the project, measures are planned related to the renovation and complete modernization of the House of Culture "Emanuil Manolov", through activities including major repairs and reconstruction of the building and the surrounding area, as well as delivery of the necessary equipment. As a result of the general reconstruction of the building and in particular the halls, which will be most modernly equipped for holding various cultural events, a significant increase in the events that will be held on the stage of the House of Culture is expected. The following activities are planned: Activity 1: Development of the cultural infrastructure in the municipality of Gabrovo, through general repairs and reconstruction of the House of Culture "Emanuil Manolov", incl. introduction of energy saving measures and improvement of access for people with disabilities, as part of other construction and installation works, as well as delivery of the necessary equipment Sub-activity 1.1.: Construction and installation activities in the House of Culture "Emanuil Manolov" Sub-activity 1.2 .: Delivery of equipment, as part of the overall modernization of the building and leading to improving the quality of the service provided Sub-activity 1.3.: Carrying out author's supervision Sub-activity 1.4.: Carrying out construction supervision Activity 2.
