Investigation and implementation of energy efficiency measures (overhaul and introduction to energy saving measures) of Kindergartens № 8 “Izvorche” and №1 “Minyorche”

The project proposal includes both overhaul and implementation of energy saving measures, as well as development of yards for the two projects. The two entities are set for execution by investment priority “Educational Infrastructure” of the investment programme of Pernik Municipality as follows: 1. Kindergarten №8 "Izvorche", located in zoned property IV, 159th square, “Tvardi livadi” quarter, according to the approved detailed plan of the town of Pernik. A massive building consisting of 2 /two/ floors and a basement with actual size (including balconies) - 597.90 square meters and yard area of 3650 square meters. The projected activities are an overhaul of the entire building, complete replacement of the installations of the building, introduction of energy saving measures and supply and installation of equipment and furniture. Repair and reconstruction of the basements. Rehabilitation of the yard - replacement of the pavement of the yard and differentiation of playgrounds, sandpit and others. 2. Kindergarten №1 "Minyorche" is located in zoned property II, 235th square, "Reno" quarter, according to the approved detailed plan of the town of Pernik. The kindergarten is a two-storey building constructed in the year of 1934 with actual size (including balconies) - 300.72 square meters. The yard has an area of 1100 square meters. The project includes strengthening and renovation of the building, complete replacement of the installations of the building, introduction of energy saving measures and delivery of equipment and furnishing. Rehabilitation of the yard - replacement of the pavement of the yard and differentiation of playgrounds, sandpit and others.
